Multiple roles  - I am there to support my clients in whatever way they need me to. As my experience is quite diverse, I am able to take on multiple roles: I might take a hands-on operational role, run a project, coach individuals or teams, or provide strategic input.  Often it is a combination of all of these, with the emphasis shifting over the course of the engagement.

Part of your team - I am an independent consultant which means that my clients hire me and not someone from my firm. Once I'm in place, I can integrate into an existing team, create or develop a team within my client's organisation, hire people externally or work with other consulting teams. With many of my clients, the organisation is not even aware that I am a consultant rather than an employee.

Flexibility and tolerance for uncertainty - I understand that my clients do not always have a clear understanding of what they need when they hire me. Often finding that out is part of the job. I also understand that circumstances and priorities change. I expect this and am happy to adapt.
