The focus of my work is the design and implementation of strategic change programmes. This might be setting up a new function or business units, entering a new market or developing and reconfiguring organisational competencies. My involvement may span the entire process from the development of initial concepts to operational hand-off, or it may be limited to specific stages within this process.

In addition to my mainline consulting, I offer 'meta-consulting' services aimed at helping my clients get the most out of the consultants they use. The ability to work with consultants and other external advisers is becoming increasingly important for many organisations, as fewer jobs are done in-house.
